Firefly Dance

Here, in the western hemisphere, it’s winter. I am growing tired of the cold weather and miss listening to the crickets chirping and watching the fireflies dancing at night. Also, it would be nice to be able to go outside without layer-upon-layers of clothing! To be forward to the site, either click on the title or CLICK HERE to see the rest of the shop.

This image is posted on a variety of sites that feature a GREAT DEAL on POSTERS or MAGNETS, MUGS, & CARDS.

Chinese New Year

Happy New Year! I opened a new online store last summer. It's located on Zazzle.com ... I wanted to test out the format of the store as well as the easy of uploading products and if it attracts more business. This image is posted on a variety of sites that feature a GREAT DEAL on POSTERS or MAGNETS, MUGS, & CARDS.

Ascension

Ascension has a very religious feel. But then again, someone commented that it looked more like hair barrettes. I guess it’s in the eye of the viewer … The image can be found by CLICKING HERE.

Tossed Silver

This is an image of the feet found of a vintage sugar bowl and creamer. The objects were part of a coffee set that was used in upscale hotels and restaurants. The objects were carried on an elegantly details serving tray. They were really a nice set! CLICK HERE to see the other products.

Art of Rome

This is a photograph of a page found in an antique French encyclopedia; the above and below are two sides to the same sheet of paper. The illustration - as found in the encyclopedia - is well over 100 years in age and does have some browning (more on the edges of the paper) but the paper is still flexible. (If interested, the original image is for sale; just add a comment at the bottom of this blog.) To be forward to the attached image, either click on the title. Jacked

This is part of a series of photos titled Elementals. The title of this was either "Jacked" or "Still on the Blocks." The truth is that I think that it's time to fix the car ... or sell the parts!

Rusty

This is part of a series of photos titled Elementals; the concept is what happens to man-made objects if they are not maintained? The concept started with photographing objects made of metal. The above is one example. For other images in the Elemental series, go to MY HOMEPAGE. To be forwarded the above photograph, CLICK HERE or on the title of this blog.
