Russian Military

This is a photograph of an antique lithograph that was published over 100 years ago. As seen in the photo, there is some foxing on the paper due to its age. The paper was initially published in a French encyclopedia; thus, the wording is in French. It is hand-water colored and has amazing details – a detail that there really doesn’t seem to be a lot of in today’s world. To be forward to the site, either click on the title or CLICK HERE.

This is a photograph of a page found in an antique French encyclopedia; the above and below are two sides to the SAME sheet of paper. The illustration - as found in the encyclopedia - is well over 100 years in age and does have some browning (more on the edges of the paper) but the paper is still flexible. (If interested, the original image is for sale; just add a comment at the bottom of this blog.) To be forwarded the above photograph, CLICK HERE or on the title of this blog.
